Our range of organic salmon and smoked organic salmon have been developed to bring the goodness of Irish quality organic salmon direct to customers throughout Europe and North America. All package designs are developed to customer requirements, and to relevant European and International packaging and labeling legislation.

Atlantic Fare Organic Selection

Produced using the freshest choice cuts of our unique organic salmon sealed in modified atmosphere packs to guarantee freshness. We also offer the organic selection in frozen packs.

The organic selection also includes smoked Irish organic salmon certified AB which is smoked to a traditional Irish recipe using oak and sea salt by our organically certified smoker.
